How to create a FOLLOWME brand page

The FOLLOWME brand page is a page for traders, institutions and media to share news and communicate with others. Different from personal homepages, public brand pages can display richer information and activities. Users who follow the brand page can get updates of the corresponding brand page in the news feed.

To create a brand page:

1. When logged in, click on the left navigation bar< strong>More.

2. Click to create a brand page.

3. Fill in the necessary information.

4. Click Create brand page.

Note: Not everyone can create a public brand page, only official representatives can create a brand page for traders, institutions or media.

How to share my page on the FOLLOWME brand page?

Invite friends

To invite friends to comment on your page:

1. At the top of the page of the brand that needs to be reviewed, click .

2. Click Share.

3. Choose the channel to share with your friends.

4. Click to share.

How to authenticate the brand page?

Verified brand page

You can log in to the creator’s account and go to the Brand Professional column on the right side of the homepage Or More in the left navigation bar to start the brand page verification process. In the brand page column, you can check the verification status of your brand page. Not every brand page needs to be verified by FOLLOWME, but for some FOLLOWME products and developer functions, you must be verified before you can access it. Please note that if you provide false or misleading information during the verification process, we will cancel the verification status of your brand page and may take other measures against your account.

After completing the brand page verification, it is not recommended that you edit and change your details at any time. However, if you want to make any changes, you need to complete the brand page verification process again.

To start the authentication process:

After logging in to the brand page creator account, find the Brand page column on the right side of the homepage , Then click Upgrade Verification in the "Brand Page Verification" section.

1. Learn about the benefits of the verified brand page and click Next.

2. Upload a company certificate, which can be:

   The company/organization’s establishment certificate;

   Bank letter of the company/organization;

3. After uploading the file, contact our customer service staff via email for further communication ;

If you receive a confirmation that the brand page has been verified, it means you are ready! You may not receive the confirmation message immediately. If you fail to receive the confirmation message immediately, you will be notified when the review is complete. You can also check your status in the Brand page section.

Where can I find the "Introduction" section of the page?

To access this information as a page visitor:

1. Click on the brand page name in your news feed or search for the brand page to access its homepage FEED stream.

2. Click Introduction on the right side of the homepage.

3. Click More to expand.

What information is displayed in the "Introduction" section?

The information displayed in the "Introduction" section comes from the creator of the brand page, including:

• The brand page represents the entity’s brand story.
• The registered name of the company to which the brand belongs.
• The official email address of the brand.
• The company’s official website.
• Regulatory license (for dealers only).
• Brief description of the brand.
• The time when the brand was established.
• Brand registration area.
• Brand page type.
• Trading environment (for dealers only).

The country/region of residence for managing your brand’s page depends on the region where the brand currently operates legally The license/qualification/operating permit provided during the creation process.

Sometimes, FOLLOWME may not be able to update the brand's professional area on time, because the brand page does not provide timely information to update the country/region where the new business is carried out, and FOLLOWME cannot confirm the first time The scope and region of its business development.

Note: If your location is not accurate, please update your brand page business area and scope in time. The development area and scope can enable FOLLOWME to effectively help you display local content, find local activities, and obtain a better advertising experience.

The verified page owner means that the company verification process of FOLLOWME has been completed and the ownership of the page has been claimed.

In some cases, we will require brand page owners to obtain verification. For example, if we discover that a brand page hides true ownership and misleads users, thus violating our policy , Then we may require that the brand page must disclose the entity it owns in order to stay in FOLLOWME.

The owner section of the verified brand page may include one of the following:

• The legal name and registered city, country/region, and/or mobile phone number verified by the owner of the verified page. Visit the brand page help center to learn more about how to authenticate a brand page.

• The information about the verified page owner is not yet available to you or is hidden by the page administrator.

You can complete FOLLOWME’s company verification process and claim the page in the brand page column. Learn more about the verification process.

If I manage a page, but do not want to display this on my page Information, what to do?

The "About" section itself cannot be removed or hidden. You can request removal of some information.

Not hiding the "Introduction" section information can ensure that your page is displayed first in the FOLLOWME search results, which helps FOLLOWME protect your page from being impersonated by others, and Show users that your page is owned by a real dealer or organization.
