Where can I view the brand page performance analysis on FOLLOWME?

To view the performance analysis of the brand page:

  1. On your brand page homepage , Click .

  2. Click Operations Management in the drop-down menu.

  3. Click Overview of Performance Analysis in the left menu.

Introduction to performance analysis

Performance analysis can provide information about brand page performance, such as your Browsing data of your brand page and the intended users who browse your brand page.

Please note that you can only view data for the past 2 years in the brand page performance analysis.

You can use performance analysis:

  • Check the performance of the brand page index of.

  • Know your metrics as an advertiser or event initiator.

Information on Page Performance Analysis

Users use  FOLLOWME (also known as "we") will collect FOLLOWME Data Use Policy "What types of information do we collect?" (For information on how we use cookies and similar technologies, please refer to our  Cookie Policy).
This includes information about how users use FOLLOWME products, such as the types of content they view or interact with or the actions they take (see FOLLOWME Data Use Policy in the "Actions and Information Provided by Users and Others" section), and information about the devices they use (for example, IP address , Operating system, browser type, language settings, cookie data; please refer to FOLLOWME  Data Usage Policy in the "Device Information" section). What information FOLLOWME actually collects depends on whether and how the user uses the  FOLLOWME product.
Such as FOLLOWME Data usage As stated in the "How do we use this information?" section of the policy, FOLLOWME will also collect and use information to provide page administrators with analysis services called page effectiveness analysis to help them understand how users interact with Their special pages and related content interaction. The processing of personal data for page effectiveness analysis may be subject to the following joint control agreement (Appendix to the data control party for page effectiveness analysis).

Processing data is used for page performance analysis



Page performance analysis is summary statistics created based on specific events. These Events are recorded by the FOLLOWME server when users interact with pages and associated content.
This type of event consists of various data points such as the following, depending on the specific event:

  • operation. This includes the following operations (you can check the "Performance Analysis" section of the page to learn about the operations available on your page):
  • View the page, post, video, or other content associated with the page

  • Follow or stop following the page

  • Comment on the page or post

  • Comment, share page posts

  • Information about the action, the user who took the action, and the browser/application used to take the action, such as the following:
  • Date and time of operation

  • Country/city (estimated based on IP address or imported from the profile of the logged-in user)

  • Language code (from the browser’s http header or language settings)

  • Age/gender group (only from the profile of the logged-in user)

  • Previously visited website (from the browser's http header)

  • Whether the action was taken on the computer or on the mobile device ( User agent or application attributes from the browser)

  • FOLLOWME UID (logged in users only)


We use  Cookie Policy to determine whether users pass Cookie login FOLLOWME. Users who are not logged into FOLLOWME can only trigger a few events. This includes visiting a page or clicking to view photos or videos in a post.
The page administrator has no right to access the personal data processed as part of the incident, and can only access the page performance analysis. Except for the FOLLOWME UID of the logged-in user, the event used to create page performance analysis will not store IP address, Cookie ID or any other identification information associated with the user or his device.
The events recorded by FOLLOWME for creating page performance analysis are determined by FOLLOWME at its sole discretion, and page administrators cannot set, change or otherwise affect them.

Addendum to the data controller of page performance analysis

If the user interacts with your page and related content to trigger the creation of an event, and this event is used for the page Effectiveness analysis, the personal data contained in it is determined by you (or any third party for which you create or manage a page) and Follow Me Technology Limited to determine the processing method and purpose, then you represent yourself (and any other third party and Acting as its agent) confirm and agree that the appendix of this page's effectiveness analysis data controller (referred to as the "page effectiveness analysis appendix") is applicable:

  • According to Article 26 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you and Follow Me Technology Limited (RmA1507, 15/F, Hop Lung Factory Building, 1 Mong Lung Street, Shau Kei Wan, Hong Kong, referred to as “Follow Me Technology Limited" or "us"; collectively referred to as the "two parties") confirm and agree to be the joint controller, responsible for processing such personal data ("performance analysis data") in events used for page performance analysis. The joint control party is responsible for the following two matters: the creation of these events and their aggregation into the page effectiveness analysis provided to the page administrator. Both parties agree that if there is no joint determination of the purpose and method of any other personal data processing related to the page (or related content), Follow Me Technology Limited and you (as the case may be) will remain separate and independent Control party.

  • The processing of effectiveness analysis data shall be subject to the constraints of the effectiveness analysis appendix of this page. These regulations apply to the activities of Follow Me Technology Limited, its employees or processors in the process of processing effectiveness analysis data.

  • Follow Me Technology Limited and you are responsible for complying with the obligations regarding processing effectiveness analysis data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as follows:
  • Follow Me Technology Limited: Follow Me Technology Limited should ensure that it has a legal basis for processing effectiveness analysis data. Follow Me Technology Limited’s Data Use Policy (please refer to the section "What is our legal basis for processing data?"). Unless otherwise agreed between you and Follow Me Technology Limited in the effectiveness analysis appendix of this page, Follow Me Technology Limited is responsible for fulfilling the effectiveness analysis data processing obligations applicable under the General Data Protection Regulation (including but not limited to Data Protection Regulations Articles 12 and 13, Articles 15 to 21, and Articles 33 and 34). Follow Me Technology Limited will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of data processing in accordance with Article 32 of the General Data Protection Regulation. This includes the measures listed in the annex below (these measures will be updated from time to time, for example, as technology develops). All Follow Me Technology Limited employees involved in processing the effectiveness analysis data are bound by appropriate obligations to maintain the confidentiality of the effectiveness analysis data.

  • Page administrator: You should ensure that you also have a legal basis for processing performance analysis data. In addition to the information provided by Follow Me Technology Limited to the data subject through the analysis of the effectiveness of the page, you should also determine your own legal basis, including the legitimate rights and interests you pursue (if applicable), and the data controller (including Their contact information) and the data security officer (if any), provide their contact information (Article 13(1)(ad) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

  • Follow Me Technology Limited will provide data subjects with a summary of the effectiveness analysis appendix to this page (Article 26(2) of the General Data Protection Regulation). Currently, this is achieved by providing data about the effectiveness of the page, which can be accessed from all pages.

  • Follow Me Technology Limited decides on its own how to comply with its obligations under the effectiveness analysis appendix of this page. You confirm and agree that only Follow Me Technology Limited has the right to take and implement decisions about processing effectiveness analysis data. You also confirm and agree that the Irish Data Protection Commission is the main regulator responsible for supervising joint processing (although Article 55(2) of the General Data Protection Regulation has applicable provisions).

  • This page performance analysis appendix does not grant you any right to request disclosure of the processing of FOLLOWME user personal data related to FOLLOWME products, including requesting us to provide you with page performance analysis.

  • The information specified by the parties or the communication channel mentioned in any subsequent documents shall be the contact information of the data subject.

  • If the data subject exercises your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation regarding the effectiveness of data processing (Article 26(3) of the General Data Protection Regulation) , Or if the regulatory agency contacts you regarding the processing of performance analysis data (respectively referred to as "requests"), you should promptly forward all relevant information related to such requests to us within no more than seven calendar days. When forwarding information, you can let us know by contact us. Follow Me Technology Limited agrees to respond to the data subject's request in accordance with our obligations under the effectiveness analysis appendix of this page. You agree to timely take all reasonable measures to cooperate with us in responding to such requests. You are not authorized to act or respond on behalf of Follow Me Technology Limited.

  • If you use the brand page, you agree that you will make any claims, cause of action, or cause of lawsuits or claims arising from or related to the effectiveness analysis appendix to this page. Disputes must be resolved only by the Irish courts, and you agree to irrevocably accept the jurisdiction of the Irish courts on such claims, and agree that Irish laws will govern the effectiveness analysis appendix of this page without considering conflicts between legal terms. If you are a consumer resident in an EU member state, only clause 4.4 of our terms of service applies.

  • We may need to update the effectiveness analysis appendix of this page from time to time. Attachment: Safety


"Applicable products" includes the FOLLOWME brand page and the page for effectiveness analysis.

  1. Information Security Organization FOLLOWME has appointed a security officer who is fully responsible for the security within the organization. FOLLOWME has someone responsible for supervising the safety of applicable products.
  2. Physical and environmental securityFOLLOWME’s security measures include control measures designed to reasonably ensure that the following items are reasonably ensured: ensure that data processing facilities are restricted to authorized personnel for physical access, and ensure that environmental controls are established Measures to detect, prevent and control damage caused by environmental hazards. These control measures include:
    1. Record and review the physical access of employees and contractors to data processing facilities;
    2. Install camera monitoring systems in data processing facilities;
    3. Install a system to monitor and control the temperature and humidity of computer equipment in the data processing facility; and
    4. Install power and backup generators in the data processing facility;
    5. As applicable Product terms, establishing procedures for the safe deletion and disposal of data; and
    6. Establishing agreements require all personnel involved in applicable product-related work to require ID cards to enter all FOLLOWME facilities.
  3. People
    1. Training.  FOLLOWME ensures that all personnel who have access to performance analysis data have received safety training.
    2. Screening and background checks.  FOLLOWME has developed a process to:
      1. verify the identity of those who have access to performance analysis data; and
      2. to the extent permitted by law In accordance with the FOLLOWME standard, conduct background checks on those who participate in or provide support for applicable products.
    3. Personnel safety violation.  FOLLOWME will impose disciplinary sanctions on FOLLOWME employees' unauthorized access to the effectiveness analysis data, and the most serious ones can terminate the employment relationship (within the scope permitted by law).
  4. Security testingFOLLOWME will conduct regular security and vulnerability testing to evaluate whether key control measures are properly implemented and effective.
  5. Access control
    1. Establish procedures for changing and revoking access rights and UIDs, without unreasonable delay;
    2. Developed for reporting And procedures to revoke compromised access credentials (passwords, passwords, etc.);
    3. Maintain appropriate security logs, including recording UIDs and timestamps where appropriate;
    4. The clock is synchronized with NTP ; And
    5. Record the following minimal user access management events:
      • Authorization changes;

      2. When stored in a computer system or through a network During transmission, the password is encrypted and protected;
      3. Change the default password provided by the supplier;
      4. Set a strong password for the intended use; and
      5. Good publicity password practice.
    2. Access management.  FOLLOWME also uses the following methods to control and monitor employee access to the system:

    1. FOLLOWME uses technology that meets the industry standards for network isolation.
    2. Accessing the FOLLOWME system through a remote network requires encrypted communication through a secure protocol and the use of multiple authentication.
    1. Network Security
    2. Protect data in transit.  FOLLOWME enforces the use of appropriate protocols designed to protect the confidentiality of data transmitted on public networks.
  7. Vulnerability ManagementFOLLOWME establishes and maintains a vulnerability management plan for applicable products, which includes roles and responsibilities for vulnerability monitoring, vulnerability risk assessment, and patch deployment definition.
  8. Security Incident Management
    1. FOLLOWME maintains a security incident response plan for monitoring, detecting and processing the security of data that may affect the effectiveness of the analysis event. The security incident response plan includes at least the definition of roles and responsibilities, communication and post-event review, including root cause analysis and remediation plans.
    2. FOLLOWME will monitor whether there are any security violations and malicious activities that affect the effectiveness analysis data.
