凌晨美联储会议纪要显示，7月加息50个基点和75个基点都有可能，美联储认为“更限制性的”利率水平是有可能的。美国激进加息的步伐和避险情绪助推美元走高，美元升至20年新高，交投于107附近；黄金承压触及逾九个月最低。
1、黄金策略
黄金连续两日呈现瀑布式下跌，空头势头凶猛，直线跌破1750，最低下挫至1732一线。目前空头趋势还在延续，未形成明显见底信号，操作上建议反弹高空为主。日内关注上方压力1760，下方支撑1721。
2、白银策略
白银经历一波大跌后，昨日维持低位横盘整理。目前30M和1H周期有形成底背离信号，下跌动能有所衰弱。日内关注上方压力19.4，下方支撑18.9，操作上以高抛低吸为主。
