#XAUUSD Morning everyone, my first scenario yesterday happened a half, Gold retested zone of 1660-1163 but it didn’t fly up. As you can see in my chart, we have 2 orange trend lines, 1 bullish and 1 bearish. Gold Spot’s now right at the cross of these 2. So we don’t place any order here cuz it’s quite dangerous. Let’s wait until price breaks out one of them, everything must be easier. When it breaks, we gonna have 2 scenarios for Gold today: +1st: breaking out bullish trend, price will absolutely go down, supports for this situation will be 1657, 1654. However, after retesting those supports, I don’t think it’s powerful enough to break out the bearish trend line above to fly up. It will continue pulling back to the downside whenever it faces the upper bearish trend line. +2nd: resemblance to 1st scenario, if it breaks out bearish trend line and go up, resistances for this situation will be 1667, 1669. I don’t think it’s strong enough to break out the bullish trend line below to go back down. But in this case, price may go down and possibly breakout the bullish trend line, cuz this present market is still not really bullish, it needs more time and good news from FED and SPDR to fly back up. Whatever happens, don’t forget today is Friday, the day has the largest potential for reversals. So be careful, please DON’T BE FOMO ! Good luck guys !
