日内金价震荡回落，美盘探低后小幅回弹，行情整体偏弱，非农前夕市场交投谨慎，资金观望。
消息面地缘扰动有限，美联储高利率预期持续施压金价。技术面上价格承压均线，4小时下行通道完好，短期阻力4480-4490，支撑4450。
午夜操作：反弹4480-4490做空，目标4460、破位看4430
严控三成以内仓位，全部带好止损，非农临近避免重仓持仓过夜，短线落袋为主。
