ICO盛行 SEC揭ICO骗局警示投资者
美国金融监管机构证券交易委员会（SEC）日前针对一例区块链终端(BCT)首次币发行(ICO)骗局背后的发起人提起控诉。68岁的Edith Pardo和46岁的Boaz Manor被SEC指控通过欺诈性ICO从数百名投资者那里筹集了逾3000万美元资金。
