从两个角度谈什么是止损：
对每一个进场的单子事先设置一个亏损极限，触达亏损极限成交的单子，就是止损单。（关于资金）
止损，止住亏损。已知的条件进场，已知的条件出场。（关于依据）
面对市场观察的结果，用资金参与到市场中进行验证，盘面的变化违背持仓依据产生亏损。这种情况的应对措施，简称止损。
关于止损困难的内因，我认为是这两种心理在作祟：侥幸心理和风险厌恶。
（1）侥幸心理。价格到了既定的原则，犹犹豫豫，受过往经验影响期盼着价格符合自己的利益方向波动。最后，被市场价格一次一次消磨心理极限，最终任由市场摩擦、放弃抵抗、弃之不顾。
（2）风险厌恶。简单的讲市场波动对自己有利的时候欢呼雀跃，对自己不利的时候像鸵鸟一样把头埋在沙子里，把屁股漏在外面。这是人性本身存在的性格底色，我们不能拒绝这种心理作祟，但是，我们可以控制自己的行为不去受其支配。
