原油方面：
周内，OPEC+宣布了下次部长级监督委员会大会的时间，以及重申团结性，致力于维护原油市场稳定，一定程度上提振了信心，油价止住了下跌的势头。
数据显示，OPEC原油产量小幅上涨15万桶/日至2805万桶/日；美国原油产量下降10万桶/日至1320万桶/日，美国原油钻井总数为501口，对比500口的前值略有增加。
摩根士丹利在上周将油价进行了下调，同时表示虽然近年来原油产能的投资较低，但非OPEC国家的供应增长势头将保持强劲。
技术面：原油上周先跌后涨，周线收阳，止住了下跌的势头，但并不意味着会出现连续的大幅上涨，维持67-77美元区间震荡的概率较大。
