交易这么多年以来，我发现连续止损是交易的最大阻碍。很多交易的朋友都在连续止损上停滞不前，最终导致不敢下单，扛单来规避。
连续止损对交易者心态的打击是致命的，对本金的回撤是沉重打击。也是交易迈向盈利的最大阻碍。因为最终在执行交易系统的过程中，难免会出现连续止损，3次4次5次，甚至更多，这种结果会让交易者怀疑自己，怀疑交易系统，从而放弃，走上一路寻找圣杯的路上。
如何尽可能的解决连续止损？首先交易系统的设置对胜率不能太低，第二，一定要轻仓，这个最关键，至少保证连续止损5次，本金不受太大影响。第三，尽快小止损，只有减少止损设置幅度，加上固定轻仓，才有可能在连续止损中减少风险带来的打击。
