當地時間週三（24日）美聯儲公佈了11月FOMC會議紀要，官員們對於通脹高企的擔憂和調整政策節奏的焦慮躍然紙上。相較於以往含糊不清的表態，本次會議紀要明確點出了「提前加息日程」的說法。今年最後一次FOMC會議將會在12月14-15日舉行，屆時貨幣政策走向將會更加明朗。
消息公佈後美元兌G10貨幣全線上漲，兌歐元觸及16個月高位，兌日元觸及近五年高位，因投資者押注美聯儲將比其他央行更快收緊貨幣政策。隨著美元和美債收益率升高，現貨黃金盤中觸及11月4日以來的最低水平1778.70美元/盎司。由於感恩節假期原因，美股將於週四（25日）休市。
