美聯儲週四淩晨公佈11月貨幣政策決議，在維持基準利率0%至0.25%不變的情況下，正式啟動Taper進程，將每月減少150億美元的債券購買速度。Fed主席鮑威爾重申「通脹暫時論」，並且強調目前還不是加息的時候。由於本次利率決議的結果與市場預期完全一致，消息發佈後美股三大指數小幅走高。
