上週五（8日）公佈的數據顯示，美國9月非農就業人口僅增加19.4萬人，繼8月之後再次大幅不及市場預期，不過9月失業率降至4.8%，符合此前Fed設定的預測值。受非農不及預期的拖累，美股三大指數上週五集體走跌，但從全週表現來看，三大指數均錄得上漲。
本週（10月11日-10月17日），包括美國銀行、富國銀行、高盛等多家美國銀行股將公佈財報，拉開美國財報季的序幕，市場預計第三季度金融業的盈利將增長17.4%。當前，市場普遍認為美聯儲11月份將如期縮減購債，美債收益率走高。黃金上升空間受到限制，而且下行風險有所增加。
