美国刺激方案希望推动美元跌创一个半月低点，非美货币全线上涨；
① 美元周三延续跌势，一度跌创一个半月低点至92.68，现报92.81，跌幅约0.31%，此前美国总统特朗普的讲话激起对达成大规模财政刺激方案的希望，在市场上引发一波乐观情绪，促使交易商扩大对风险较高货币的押注，非美货币普遍上涨。
② 白宫和美国国会民主党议员周二接近就新的疫情救助方案达成协议，美国总统特朗普称，尽管共和党反对，他仍愿意接受大规模的救助议案。
③ 他的表态令人更加期望救助方案谈判可能取得突破，引发汇市冒险意愿上扬。
④ 荷兰国际集团(ING)策略师团队在致客户报告中表示，“总而言之，刺激政策获得通过的机率看来不高，我们认为投资人对于相关条款期望偏高”。
⑤ 但他们也指出，协商破局不会造成严重伤害，因投资人仍预期若民主党选战获胜，刺激计划将在美国大选过后通过。
⑥ 荷兰国际集团称，“目前来说，各界认为跨党派协议获得通过的可能性升高而非下滑的事实，可能足以支撑风险资产及高beta货币，美元则可能维持全面温和抛盘的局面，本周末之前，这个题材仍可能是驱动市场的主要动力，因两党均致力于在周末前达成潜在协议”
