昨天我们跟柬埔寨签订自由贸易协议，跟柬埔寨签订并不是什么十分困难的事，同时我们目的也不仅仅只是跟柬埔寨做生意这么简单，而是为了让柬埔寨在东盟之中替我们说话，这也是为什么我们给的关税减免 要比柬埔寨给我们高 其中一个原因。
我们培养柬埔寨无非就是希望多个小弟来替我们在东盟发声。现在东盟里越南是最大不安因素，我国在疫情期间又因西方国家的陷落导致东盟成为了我们第一大贸易伙伴，这个时候不赶紧把阵营稳固住 再让美国提前捅娄子 那对于我们的外汇储备和软妹币就太可怕了。
很多人不理解外汇与人民币的关系以及我国能否换锚的问题。实际上就操作而言换锚不是问题，问题是换完了中国人能接受,但是外国不能接受的问题，信誉一旦崩溃就的结果不敢想象，不过可以参考委瑞瑞拉。 第二点如果外储出问题第一个跑路肯定是外资，他们最害怕的就是赚了钱想回家结果没法换钱了，这同时也会导致人民币的价值濒临崩溃。所以大家可以放心短期换锚不可能发生！
