2019年12月19日黄金和白银日内操作策略行情回顾：隔日黄金继续维持预期区间内震荡，行情在美盘后也是快速回调到1470一线，高位依旧才还是为突破1480，按照操作严格执行基本可以持有2波利润，目前行情最后收盘还是在1475一线，今日开盘也是处于1475，从目前技术形态来看，如果继续盘整，日线级别的布林轨道会进一步收口，因此行情突围基本就在明天或者下周一；否则就没有空间了；白银昨日走势也算是基本符合预期走势，最低的价位也是触及到了16.8，高位价位在17.05.黄金：黄金今日重点1475依旧是日内的分水岭，上方的阻力第一个点还是我们1480，下方第一支撑依旧是1470；所以日内可以选择在区间震荡为主，如果第一区间突围，可以选择顺势跟进看5美金基本OK。白银：白银今日依旧是关注17作为中间点位，第一阻力17.1第一支撑16.8，日内选择区间内高沽低渣，如果有一个方向突围基本可以考虑跟进，但是对于白银来讲只要不突围16,5空头还是假空头，所以做单子时候把我利润，重点关注实盘走势！#XAU/USD#
