于本股东周年大会上，明进华先生、张林先生及刘胜先生获选举及委任为第十一届监事会股东监事，彼等任期由2024年5月21日起生效至第十一届监事会届满之日止。杨小兵先生、刘伟胜先生经公司职工推选及获委任为第十一届监事会职工监事，其任期由2024年5月21日起生效至第十一届监事会届满之日止。
