消息面上，微盟集团近期发布三则公告，在新股配售协议下的所有条件均已达成，公司成功完成配售，所得款项净额约为3.08亿港元；此外，微盟已成功发行8500万美元可转债。上述两项总计募得款项1.25亿美元。与此同时，微盟完成购回于2026年到期的3亿美元零息有担保可转债。
行业分析人士指出，资本市场对SaaS厂商愈发谨慎的背景下，微盟顺利完成融资且战略股东腾讯也参与交易，这是一个醒目且积极的信号。此外，联交所最新资料显示，4月29日，微盟集团获JPMorgan Chase & Co.以每股均价1.4539港元增持2456.95万股，涉资约3572.16万港元。增持后，JPMorgan Chase & Co.最新持股比例由7.64%上升至8.44%。
