太古地产(01972)发布2024年第一季度营运数据汇报，已落成投资物业方面，太古广场租用率98%，租金下调17%;太古坊(整体)出租率达91%，租金下调13%;港岛东中心及太古坊一座出租率达93%;其他太古坊办公楼出租率达90%，租金下调11%。
中国内地方面，太古汇办公楼租用率达92%，颐堤港一座租用率达85%;香港兴业中心一座及二座租用率达96%。
