港股异动 | 中国中铁(00390)现跌近5% 一季度纯利74.81亿元 同比下降5.04%
中国中铁(00390)现跌近5%，截至发稿，跌4.87%，报3.91港元，成交额1.21亿港元。
消息面上，中国中铁发布2024第一季度业绩，营业收入2650.11亿元人民币，同比下降2.56%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润74.81亿元，同比下降5.04%。国盛证券指出，公司业绩小幅承压，主要因Q1受地方化债、专项债发行偏慢等因素影响，基建实物工作量不及预期，叠加地产业务大幅收缩，总营收有所下降；资源利用板块盈利下行，导致单季综合毛利率同比下降0.33pct。
该行表示，近期发改委表态加强项目督导，同时从资金来源看，二季度拟发行新增专项债11292亿，环比Q1大幅增长78%，叠加特别国债、中央预算内资金落地，基建资金面有望显著改善。截止2024Q1末公司未完合同额6.2万亿，为2023年营收5倍，在手订单充裕，且承接项目多为重点工程，预计将是新增财政资金主要投向，二季度起受益基建资金改善，收入、业绩增长有望明显提速。
