港股异动 | 康希诺生物(06185)跌超5% 首季亏损扩大至1.7亿元 拟与上药康希诺签署产品转让与技术许可协议
康希诺生物(06185)跌超5%，截至发稿，跌5.11%，报17.84港元，成交额1541.73万港元。
消息面上，康希诺生物发布一季度业绩，营业收入1.14亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增加13.65%；归属于上市公司股东的净亏损1.7亿元，同比扩大约21.43%。同日，公司公告称，拟与上药康希诺签署产品转让与技术许可协议，约定公司将重组埃博拉病毒病疫苗（腺病毒载体）（简称“Ad5-EBOV”）及转让产品在全球的商业化权益转让给上药康希诺，并将通过授权许可的方式达成商业合作，使得上药康希诺在全球范围内享有使用转让产品相关许可技术的权利。自批准以来，转让产品未形成销售收入。
