中国能源建设(03996)附属拟以1.02亿元收购长沙市天心区部分土地使用权及一系列资产
中国能源建设(03996)发布公告，于2024年4月29日，董事会审议通过关于公司附属公司湖南省电力线路器材有限公司(湖南线材公司)拟与中国能源建设集团资产管理有限公司(资产公司)签订存续资产转让协议的议案，据此，湖南线材公司同意自资产公司以代价人民币1.02亿元以非公开协议转让方式购买湖南省长沙市天心区开铺路88号及126号部分土地使用权及地上建筑物等存续资产。于目标资产评估备案相关程序完成后，湖南线材公司与资产公司将正式签订存续资产转让协议。
公告称，受让目标资产后可实现资产权、证、账一致，有助于将目标资产纳入湖南线材公司整体土地房产征收范围，推动企业“处僵治困”工作并盘活闲置资产。
