中信股份(00267)：中特转债的转股价将下调为22.935元/股
中信股份(00267)公布，因中信特钢(000708.SZ)分派2023年年度现金股利，中特转债的转股价格将作相应调整，本次调整前中特转债转股价格为23.50元/股，调整后中特转债转股价格为22.935元/股，调整后的转股价格自2024年 5月10日起生效。
