世纪城市国际(00355)：富豪附属拟4450万美元出售2架A320-232型号空中巴士的飞机
世纪城市国际(00355)、百利保控股(00617)与REGAL INT'L(00078)发布联合公告，于2024年4月26日，卖方Navigation Force Limited(富豪的全资附属公司)、MSN 1689买方及MSN 1696买方已订立买卖协议，卖方已有条件同意出售第一架飞机及第二架飞机，而MSN 1689买方已有条件同意购买第一架飞机，及MSN 1696买方已有条件同意购买第二架飞机，总代价为4450万美元，惟有待于飞机交付时对付款作出若干调整。
据悉，第一架飞机为1架A320-232型号空中巴士的飞机，生产商序号为1689，而飞机注册编号为G-EUUB;第二架飞机为1架A320-232型号空中巴士的飞机，生产商序号为1696，而飞机注册编号为G-EUUC。
MSN 1689买方为Tawny Owl Leasing 1689,LLC，主要从事飞机拥有及/或租赁业务;MSN 1696买方为Tawny Owl Leasing 1696,LLC，主要从事飞机拥有及/或租赁业务。MSN 1689买方及MSN 1696买方由Avenue Aviation Opportunities Fund III (Onshore), L.P.(为一间根据美国特拉华州法律成立的有限合伙基金)间接全资拥有并由Avenue Capital管理。
来自出售事项的全部销售款项4450万美元(惟有待于飞机交付时对付款作出若干调整)将用作富豪集团的一般营运资金以加强其财务状况。
