天韵国际控股(06836)：吕春霞辞任执行董事
天韵国际控股(06836)发布公告，自2024年4月26日起，吕春霞因其他个人事务已辞任公司执行董事。吕春霞将继续担任集团副总经理。
自2024年4月25日起，殷小龙因作为公司董事及债权人的利益冲突而辞任公司非执行董事。
于2024年4月19日，杨云耀由公司执行董事调任为非执行董事，而温浩源于同日获委任为公司执行董事兼行政总裁。于调任及委任后，杨云耀不再为公司授权代表，而温浩源已获委任为授权代表，自2024年4月19日起生效。
公司接获证监会函件后，除暂停杨自远为公司董事的权力及职责外，亦解除其在集团中国附属公司的职务。
天翌集团香港有限公司(天翌)为临沂同泰食品机械制造有限公司(同泰食品)的唯一股东，而同泰食品为山东天同的唯一股东，于2024年4月8日分别决议解除杨自远担任同泰食品和山东天同的法定代表人、董事长和总经理职务。同日，天翌及同泰食品决议聘任陈飞担任上述于同泰食品及山东天同的职务。董事会谨此宣布，陈飞已于2024年4月24日辞去上述职务。
