宏基集团控股(01718)股价及成交量异常波动 遭主要股东于4月24日-4月25日出售合共1580万股
宏基集团控股(01718)发布公告，该公司接获公司主要股东新得利有限公司(新得利)通知，新得利已于2024年4月24日及2024年4月25日出售合共1580万股公司股份(占公司已发行股份总数约13.72%)予第三方。
公告称，该公司注意到，近期股份于联交所的成交价下降及成交量上升。经就公司作出一切合理查询后，董事会确认，除出售事项外，董事会并不知悉引致该等变动的任何其他原因，亦不知悉有任何资料须予以公布，以避免公司证券出现虚假市场，或有任何内幕消息须根据香港法例第571章证券及期货条例第XIVA部予以披露。董事会亦确认，集团的业务营运及财务状况并无任何重大变动。
