康宁医院(02120)公布，公司已于本公告日期向中国证监会提交申请，以将公司250万股内资股股份(未上市股份)转为H股。在取得所有相关监管机构(包括但不限于中国证监会及联交所)的备案及╱ 或批准及符合所有适用法律法规后，该等未上市股份将被转为H股及合资格在联交所主板上市买卖。
