中汇集团(00382)午间发布中期业绩，午后股价涨超7%，截至发稿，涨4.58%，报2.51港元，成交额380.15万港元。
消息面上，中汇集团午间发布截至2月底的中期业绩，集团收入人民币11.6亿元，同比增长19.3%；毛利5.78亿元，同比增长17.5%；股东应占溢利3.38亿元，同比增长13.2%。每股基本盈利29.76分。
公告显示，收入增加主要因集团旗下境内学校在校学生人数增加。在校学生人数续攀新高峰，同比增加12.3%至96100人。此外，公司现金及现金等价物达14.91亿元，现金水平充裕；拟派发中期股息每股9.6港仙，派息比率为30%。
