港股异动 | 旭辉控股(00884)涨超11%领涨内房股 政策加码助力楼市企稳 “白名单”项目资金陆续到位
内房股早盘再度走强，截至发稿，旭辉控股集团(00884)涨11.54%，报0.29港元；龙湖集团(00960)涨7.96%，报10.58港元；远洋集团(03377)涨7.69%，报0.28港元；雅居乐集团(03383)涨6.38%，报0.5港元。
消息面上，4月23日晚间，深圳官宣住房“以旧换新”，目前已有21家中介、13个地产项目参与“换馨家”。据中指院统计，现已有超30城表态支持“以旧换新”。徐州、淄博、南京等10余个城市已落地推行这一政策。东吴证券表示，地产企业端和居民端的政策均在稳步推进当中，期待4、5月更多核心城市的地产政策逐步打开，提振市场需求和信心。
此外，据财联社日前报道，旭辉今年一季度“白名单”项目完成24个，权益后展期金额50.6亿元，权益后融资置换金额5.08亿元，权益后年化可节省利息1.2亿元。此前，旭辉披露芜湖鎏金印象为首个获批新增融资的项目，获批金额1.5亿元，并将根据建设进度进行放款。
