港股异动 | 奈雪的茶(02150)涨超5% 一季度净新增23间直营门店 五一临近餐饮消费需求有望大幅释放
奈雪的茶(02150)涨超5%，截止发稿涨5.86%，报2.53港元，成交额1153万港元。
消息面上，此前发布公告，在截至2024年3月31日止三个月季度内，集团取得净新增23间奈雪的茶直营门店，关停28间奈雪的茶直营门店。截至2024年3月31日，集团共经营1597间奈雪的茶直营门店，另有205间奈雪的茶加盟门店，主要集中在中、低线城市。
招商证券指出，后续随着五一假期的临近，酒店餐饮有望延续强势。上海证券表示，在假期的带动下，餐饮消费需求有望大幅释放，对于提振全年消费信心起到了重要支撑作用。加盟及合作模式将有望加快品牌扩张及区域渗透，降低自营模式下的营运风险。头部餐企有望乘势而上加速布局开店，再次迎来发展红利。
