博骏教育(01758)公布至2024年2月29日止六个月的中期业绩，收益约2.27亿元，同比增长444.9%;毛利约1.07亿元，同比增长约12.5倍;公司拥有人应占溢利583.4万元，同比扭亏为盈;每股基本盈利0.66分。
截至2024年2月29日，该集团共招收32,693名学生，包括193名幼儿园学生、967名高中生及31,533名职业教育学生。
公告称，收益增长主要由于集团于2023年8月31日完成收购事项所致，本次收购事项乃该集团扩大在职业教育领域业务策略的一部分。同时预期与已有的基础教育板块达到协同作用。
