INTL GENIUS(00033)公布，何晓斌已获委任为执行董事及首席经济学家、授权代表、风险管理委员会主席及执行委员会及提名委员会各自的成员，自2024年4月25日起生效。
此外，林烽已辞去公司执行董事一职，亦将不再担任公司授权代表、公司风险管理委员会主席及执行委员会及提名委员会各自的成员;孙丘珍已辞去公司非执行董事一职。
