融信中国(03301)发布年度业绩 实现收益442.85亿元 同比增加47.33%
融信中国(03301)发布截至2023年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团期内取得收益442.85亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增加47.33%;毛利15.87亿元;上年同期毛亏61.2亿元。
公告称，集团继续聚焦长三角、台湾海峡西岸，巩固战略性区域的布局优势，同时注重加强经营管理，全方位确保项目顺利开发和交付。年内，集团实现全年合约销售金额约为人民币164亿元，合约总建筑面积约为108万平方米，平均售价约为每平方米人民币15160元。年内，集团以优秀的产品与服务品质赢得市场良好口碑。
在土地储备方面，集团坚持稳健发展的基调，集中布局在一二线城市。截至2023年12月31日，集团在全国拥有共计238个项目，总土储约2075万平方米。其中，一二线城市占比达87%。同时，集团将继续深耕已有的核心城市优质项目，提升营运效率，不断加强集团的品牌影响力。
此外，公司已向联交所申请自2024年4月26日(星期五)上午九时正起恢复公司股份的买卖。
