康龙化成(03759)拟回购2亿-3亿元的A股股份
康龙化成(03759)公布，为维护公司价值及公司股东权益、增强投资者信心，综合考虑公司财务状况、未来发展及合理估值水平等因素，公司拟使用自有资金回购A股股份。 回购股份的价格不超过人民币31元╱股(含)，回购资金总额为不低于人民币2亿元(含)且不超过人民币3亿元(含)。回购A股拟将悉数用作注销并减少公司的注册资本。
按照回购股份资金总额预计为人民币2亿元至人民币3亿元，回购股份的价格不超过人民币31元╱股(含)进行测算，预计回购A股数量将为6,451,613股至9,677,419股，分别占公司于本公告日期已发行总股本的约0.36%至0.54%。
