立德教育(01449)发盈警 预计中期取得除税后综合溢利不超过3000万元
立德教育(01449)发布公告，集团预期将于团截至2024年2月29日止6个月取得除税后综合溢利不超过人民币3000万元，而截至2023年2月28日止6个月的除税后综合溢利约人民币4110万元。
公告称，溢利下降主要由于(i)收益增长低于相应成本增长及(ii)融资成本增加。由于需要满足本期间本科教学工作的资质评估，与过往期间相比，集团于本期间就建造及维护校园建筑及教学设施以及组织学生活动及教师培训产生了更多开支。此外，由于银行及其他借款增加，融资成本于本期间较过往期间有所增加。
