万民好物(08217)发布公告，因公司未能就截至2024年3月31日止财政年度的审计费用与开元信德会计师事务所有限公司达成共识，开元信德已辞任公司核数师，由2024年4月25日起生效。
经公司审核委员会推荐建议，致宝信勤会计师事务所有限公司已获委任为公司核数师，由2024年4月25日起生效，并将任职至公司下届股东周年大会结束。
