创升控股(02680)附属授出400万港元贷款
创升控股(02680)公布，2024年4月25日，公司间接全资附属公司创升信贷与Cheng Chi Ming、Wong Sui Ching、Cheng Hei Lam及Cheng Long(作为借款人及抵押人)订立贷款协议，据此，创升信贷同意向借方借出本金额为400万港元的贷款，按实际年利率8.5%计息，还款期为24个月。
订立贷款协议前，创升信贷曾于2023年1月30日订立现有贷款协议以授出现有贷款。
