因此，各认购协议须待(其中包括)股东于股东特别大会上通过必要决议案以批准认购协议及其项下拟进行的交易(包括授出配发及发行换股股份的特别授权)后，方告完成。
公司已向联交所申请自2024年4月25日下午一时正起恢复股份买卖。
