越秀地产(00123)发布公告，林峰先生因彼于广州越秀集团内的工作变动，已辞任公司副董事长、执行董事兼总经理，自2024年4月24日起生效。辞任后，彼亦不再担任董事会下属环境、社会及管治委员会成员。
自2024年4月24日起，林先生亦辞任公司附属公司越秀服务集团有限公司(股份代号：6626)的主席兼非执行董事。
