上海先锋控股(01345)拟委任香港立信德豪会计师事务所为新任核数师
上海先锋控股(01345)公布，德勤•关黄陈方会计师行在目前任期届满后，将在公司应届股东周年大会结束时退任公司核数师。
此外，董事会采纳审核委员会的建议，议决将在股东周年大会上向股东建议，在德勤退任后委任香港立信德豪会计师事务所有限公司为公司新任核数师，惟须获股东于股东周年大会上批准(立信将会在股东周年大会召开之前完成其内部客户承接程序)。
