CLSA PREMIUM(06877)第一季度除税前溢利约为180万港元 同比增幅超过150%
CLSA PREMIUM(06877)发布公告，根据集团截至2024年3月31日止3个月之未经审核综合管理账目，未经审核收益超过2000万港元，主要来自透过公司的B2B及B2C分销渠道销售产品。
截至2024年3月31日止3个月，未经审核除税前溢利约为180万港元，与截至2023年3月31日止3个月的未经审核除税前溢利70万港元相比，增幅超过150%。
此外，与2023年第一季度相比，集团于2024年第一季度实现了毛利的大幅增长，增幅超过60%。该等良好业绩彰显了集团适应市况，把握机遇及推动增长的能力。
就集团于2024年2月推出的原设计制造产品业务而言，集团已成功与一家B2B客户达成一份不具约束力的协议，凸显了对原设计制造产品的兴趣及潜在需求。
于本公告日期，公司股份暂停买卖并未在任何重大方面对集团的业务经营造成任何重大不利影响，集团继续如常进行日常经营。董事会将继续全力支持公司，并将持续评估对集团业务经营及财务状况的影响，采取适当措施并于适当时候另行刊发公告。集团管理层继续不时策略性检讨集团的架构、现有业务及潜在商机，以改善集团的业务经营及财务状况，并遵守上市规则第 13.24条。
