中国海外发展(00688)第一季度收入365.0亿元 同比上升14.4%
中国海外发展(00688)发布公告，2024年第一季度，集团连同其联营公司及合营公司实现合约物业销售额为人民币602.1亿元，相应销售面积为202万平方米。
期内，集团在中国内地两个城市新增两幅土地，新增总建筑面积14万平方米，总地价人民币16.0亿元。
截至2024年3月31日止3个月，集团的收入为人民币365.0亿元，同比上升14.4%，经营溢利为人民币66.5亿元，剔除汇兑净损益后的经营溢利同比上升22.2%。
集团继续保持稳健的财务状况与强劲的成本优势，净借贷比率和融资成本维持于行业低水平。
