港股异动 | 中国海外发展(00688)午后涨超4% 首季剔除汇兑净损益后经营溢利同比升22.2%
中国海外发展(00688)午后涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.07%，报12.28港元，成交额1.5亿港元。
消息面上，中国海外发展午间公布，截至2024年3月31日止3个月，集团的收入为人民币365.0亿元，同比上升14.4%，经营溢利为人民币66.5亿元，剔除汇兑净损益后的经营溢利同比上升22.2%。此外，2024年第一季度，集团连同其联营公司及合营公司实现合约物业销售额为人民币602.1亿元，相应销售面积为202万平方米。
国盛证券此前研报指出，公司作为财务稳健的央企，将持续受益于竞争格局改善，公司核心区位、多元均衡的土地储备将保障销售的强劲动能及韧性；此外，公司费用率处于行业最低区间，净利润率优势有效保障未来结转的利润规模。
