华能国际电力股份(00902)发布公告，华能国际电力股份有限公司控股子公司华能山东发电有限公司所属华能莱芜发电有限公司拟向山东公司提供不超过20亿元人民币的委托贷款。前述贷款期限不超过3年，到期一次还本付息，贷款利率为固定利率，年利率为2.35%。
