民生银行(01988)提名王晓永及张俊潼为执行董事候选人
民生银行(01988)发布公告，该行董事会第八届董事会第七次临时会议于2024年4月23日召开。会议审议并通过关于提名王晓永及张俊潼为该行执行董事候选人(候选执行董事)的议案。
候选执行董事担任该行执行董事的事项将提交该行2023年股东周年大会审批。经该行2023年股东周年大会审议通过后，候选执行董事的董事任职资格尚需报国家金融监督管理总局核准，自国家金融监督管理总局核准彼等董事任职资格之日起正式就任。候选执行董事的任期与第八届董事会任期相同。
