中国基建投资(00600)发布截至2023年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团期内取得收益1211.2万港元，同比增加346.11%;公司拥有人应占亏损1.52亿港元，同比收窄33.1%;每股基本亏损35.68港仙。
公告称，股东应占亏损减少主要由于投资物业公平值变动产生亏损约54.4万港元(2022年：约339.3万港元);就预期信贷亏损模式下的金融资产确认减值亏损约4319.6万港元(2022年：1.78亿港元);及应占联营公司的亏损0港元(2022年：76.6万港元)所致。
