保集健康(01246)委任致宝信勤为新任核数师
保集健康(01246)发布公告，香港立信德豪会计师事务所有限公司辞任公司核数师，自2024年4月23日起生效，是由于公司与立信德豪未能就截至2024年3月31日止财政年度的审计费用达成共识。
经审核委员会推荐，董事会议决委任致宝信勤会计师事务所有限公司为公司新任核数师，自2024年4月23日起生效，以填补立信德豪辞任后的临时空缺。致宝信勤的任期至公司下届股东周年大会结束时止。
