亨鑫科技(01085)发布公告，于2024年4月23日，公司拟配售最多合共7760万股，相当于经扩大的公司已发行股份数目约16.67%。配售价为每股配售股份0.96港元，较4月23日收市价1.16港元折让约17.24%。
配售事项完成后(并假设所有7760万股配售股份均获认购)，因配售事项产生的所得款项总额及所得款项净额估计分别为约7450万港元及约7260万港元。
