出门问问(02438)公布配发结果，公司全球发售8456.8万股股份，公开发售4228.4万股股份，国际发售4228.4万股股份，超额配售1268.5万股股份，国际发售最终股份数目为5496.9万股股份。最终发售价每股3.8港元，全球发售净筹约2.67亿港元。每手1000股，预期股份将于2024年4月24日(星期三)上午九时正(香港时间)开始在联交所买卖。
其中，公开发售获117.39 倍认购，国际发售获1.58倍认购。南京经开聚智科创投资合伙企业 (有限合伙)、中关村国际有限公司及奇飞国际发展有限公司分别获分配844.1万股、1648.4万股及309.1万股股份。
