建业新生活(09983)发布2023年度业绩 股东应占亏损5.74亿元 4月24日复牌
建业新生活(09983)发布截至2023年12月31日止年度业绩，收入28.45亿元(人民币，下同)，同比下降9.6%;公司股东应占亏损5.74亿元，上年同期溢利5.62亿元;每股基本亏损0.45元。
年内，集团的业绩由盈转亏，净亏损率为20.3%(2022年：净利润率18.1%)，此乃由于房地产行业下行，集团基于审慎性，年内计提信用减值损失所致。
截至2023年12月31日，在管建筑面积为1.818亿平方米及合约建筑面积达到2.883亿平方米，较2022年12月31日分别增长16.0%及6.2%。
此外，公司已向联交所申请自2024年4月24日上午9时正起恢复公司的股份买卖。
