上美股份(02145)：中国证监会就公司H股全流通计划出具备案通知书
上份(02145)发布公告，公司已收到中国证监会就公司实施H股全流通计划出具的日期为2024年4月18日的备案通知书。根据备案通知书，公司已完成向中国证监会就合共886.158万股未上市股份(包括雅戈尔投资有限公司拥有的415.386万股未上市股份、张怀安先生拥有的415.386万股未上市股份及上海盈辅企业管理合伙企业(有限合伙)拥有的55.386万股未上市股份)转为H股的备案。备案通知书将自2024年4月18日起12个月内有效。公司将就该等H股向联交所申请于联交所主板上市及买卖。
